At Nova Sports, you choose one of two options at checkout.
1. Pay and collect in our shop (free)
- Collect your order at Nova Sports, 34 Remy Ollier Street, London Centre, Port Louis.
- Pay at the counter by cash, card, MCB Juice or Scan to Pay (QR).
- We email you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours.
- Opening hours: Mon–Tue 9:00–17:00, Wed 10:00–16:45, Thu–Fri 10:00–17:00, Sat 10:00–14:30, closed Sunday.
2. Delivery by Mauritius Post (Rs 150, anywhere in Mauritius)
- Delivery costs Rs 150 to any address in Mauritius.
- Pay first by Scan to Pay (QR) or MCB Juice. We send your order after your payment is confirmed.
- We post orders within 1–2 business days of payment. Orders paid on weekends or public holidays are posted on the next business day.
- Mauritius Post usually delivers within 3–7 business days.
- We email you when your parcel has been posted, with a tracking number when one is available.
International Shipping
- 7–15 business days (where available). The shipping charge is shown at checkout.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays or postal delays. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Nova Sports is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in the post, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
