Every part, and why it is there

Double-prong steel buckle. Two hardened prongs share the closure load across two holes, so the belt cannot creep open when you brace against it.
Twin rows of holes. Two staggered rows give you half-steps between settings — squat-tight and deadlift-loose, with nothing awkward in between.
Branded keeper loop. Traps the loose tail flat against the belt so it never catches the bar on the way up.
Contoured back panel. The wide rear panel spreads pressure across the lower back, then tapers to the front so your ribs and hips stay free to hinge.
Padded inner face. Foam behind the lining turns a stiff band into a wall you can actually brace into, rep after rep.
Double-stitched edge. Two rows of lock-stitching bind the panel top and bottom so the layers cannot peel apart under load.
