A barbell squat pad: a foam sleeve that wraps the middle of the bar so it does not grind on your shoulders or your hips. The one piece of gym kit in Mauritius that gets used most for hip thrusts, then borrowed for high-bar squats and lunges.
- Thick foam tube, split along its length and closed with a hook-and-loop strap, so it goes on and off a loaded bar in seconds.
- Printed fabric cover — plain purple, tropical floral and camo have all been in stock.
- Sits in the middle of the bar and does not slide once it is closed.
- Wipe it down after use; it lives against skin and it will pick up sweat.
More in the gym range. Order online for delivery in Mauritius, or collect from our shop at 34 Remy Ollier Street, Port Louis.
