Goalkeeper gloves with thick latex palms, for club and school keepers in Mauritius. The palm is the whole point: it is what grips a wet ball and what takes the sting out of a hard shot.
- Local — Rs 800. A firmer palm that costs less and lasts longer on rough ground. Good for training and younger keepers.
- German Technology — Rs 1,000. Softer, tackier latex with more grip and better shock absorption. What a regular keeper should be wearing.
- Wide hook-and-loop wrist strap that closes over the cuff and holds the wrist steady.
- Latex grips better slightly damp — keepers wet the palms before a game for a reason.
