Nova Power Grips — Leather Palm Shield, Wrist Strap

Power grips: a leather shield that sits across the palm and folds over the bar, so the bar is gripping the leather rather than your skin. For pull-ups, lat pulldowns, rows and shrugs in the gym in Mauritius, where the set usually ends because the hands go, not the back.

• Black leather pad with slots for the fingers, so it stays put when you let go.
• Padded wrist strap with a hook-and-loop closure and a Nova Sports label.
• On and off in seconds — no wrapping, unlike cotton straps.
• Sold as a pair. Fewer calluses, and no chalk needed for most pulling work.

Straps, hooks and pads are all in the gym range if you want to compare. Order online for delivery in Mauritius, or collect from our shop at 34 Remy Ollier Street, Port Louis.
