Knee wraps for heavy squatting: long elastic bands you wind around the knee, tight, before your top sets. Wound properly they give support going down and a bit of rebound coming out of the hole — which is why they belong on your heaviest sets in Mauritius and nowhere near your warm-ups.
- Woven elastic in blue and black stripes, with a hook-and-loop tab to finish the wrap.
- Wrapped and unwrapped for each set — they are not sleeves you leave on all session.
- Sold as a pair, with a Nova Sports label at the end of each wrap.
- Tight enough to work is tight enough to be uncomfortable. If it stays comfortable, it is not doing much.
