A dipping belt for adding weight to pull-ups and dips in Mauritius. Once bodyweight reps get easy, this is how you keep progressing without switching exercise.
- Padded waist belt with a steel chain and carabiner.
- Hang plates, a kettlebell or a dumbbell from the chain.
- Chain adjusts, so the weight sits clear of your knees.
- Start light. Five kilos changes a set of pull-ups more than you would expect.
More in the gym range. Order online for delivery in Mauritius, or collect from our shop at 34 Remy Ollier Street, Port Louis.
