Ankle Weight Straps

Ankle weight straps that add load to cable and bodyweight work. One goes round each ankle for leg raises, glute kickbacks, abductions and walking sets, and they are a simple way to make bodyweight training harder without booking a machine in a busy gym in Mauritius.

• Padded red cuff with a soft brushed face against the skin, so the weight sits on padding rather than on the ankle bone.
• Wide black hook-and-loop strap across the cuff, so tension is yours to set.
• Steel D-ring on the end for clipping to a low cable pulley.
• Fasten just above the ankle bone: snug, but not so tight that the foot goes numb.
