An arm blaster for strict curls in Mauritius. A shaped metal plate that hangs from a neck strap and braces against your torso, so your elbows stay put and you cannot swing the weight up with your back.
- Contoured aluminium plate with padded edges.
- Adjustable neck strap.
- Works with a barbell, EZ bar or dumbbells.
- Expect to use less weight than usual. That is the point — the bicep does the work instead of your hips.
More in the gym range. Order online for delivery in Mauritius, or collect from our shop at 34 Remy Ollier Street, Port Louis.
