Padded ankle straps for cable work: kickbacks, abductions, hip flexion and standing leg curls. They clip to the low pulley so the load pulls from the ankle, instead of a foot slipping out of a handle halfway through the set. A standard piece of gym kit in Mauritius, and one of the cheapest.
