Lifting hooks take the load off your fingers entirely: a coated steel hook hangs off a padded wrist wrap, you set the bar into the hook, and your hand is only there to steady it. For heavy shrugs, deadlifts, rows and dumbbell carries in the gym in Mauritius.
- Wide steel hook with a rubber coating so it does not chew the bar.
- Padded wrist wrap with a long hook-and-loop closure that takes the pull.
- More support than straps, and far quicker to get out of if a rep goes wrong.
- Comes in black, pink, blue or green — pick your colour above.
- Sold as a pair. Use them for your heaviest pulls; keep training raw grip work too, or it will fall behind.
Straps and grips are in the same gym range. Order online for delivery in Mauritius, or collect from our shop at 34 Remy Ollier Street, Port Louis.
