A padded back support belt for lifting, loading and standing work. It is not a powerlifting belt: it is the softer, wider kind you see on warehouse floors and gym floors across Mauritius, where the job is holding the lower back steady through repeated bending rather than bracing one maximal set.
- Wide contoured lumbar panel with vertical stays sewn into the back.
- Hook-and-loop closure with a rubber NOVA SPORTS badge on the front flap.
- Blue elastic pull-straps that cross over the closure, so you can add tension without redoing the whole belt.
- Sits between the ribs and the hip bones. If it rides up when you bend, it is too loose.
Size guide
Available in S, M, L and XL. Belts are sized by your waist at the navel: measure around your belly button, relaxed, not braced. A belt sits higher than jeans, so this is usually 5–8 cm more than your trouser waist.
| Size | Waist at navel |
|---|---|
| S | 66 – 76 cm (26 – 30 in) |
| M | 76 – 86 cm (30 – 34 in) |
| L | 86 – 96 cm (34 – 38 in) |
| XL | 96 – 107 cm (38 – 42 in) |
